SHORT TERM PUBLIC NOTICE OF NETWORK CHANGE

Location:             LATA 656  Peetz Exchange

Description of Change Planned:

Peetz Cooperative Telephone Co., (OCN 2196) plans to re-home (move) its offices from the Qwest DNVRCOMA02T access tandem to the Onvoy access tandem.  Originating interLATA traffic will be served by the DNVRCO2627T, Onvoy access tandem.  Trunk group installations should be complete by the change date referenced above.  The point code for DNVRCO2627T is 222-171-001.  Terminating interLATA traffic will be served by the DNVRCO2627T access tandem effective on the conversion date above.  The following office and NPA-NXX is affected by this notice.

Description of Reasonably Foreseeable Impact of the Planned Change:

Carriers will need to update their network switch translations when network rearrangements and central office code activity occur for the affected NPANXX.  Carriers which are not interconnected to Onvoy’s access tandems will need to issue Access Service Requests (ASRs) ordering trunks to the new access tandem.  ASRs need to be submitted no later than November 15, 2011.  The following project name should be listed on the ASR:  2196_Rehome.

As of 01/04/2012 at 12:01 AM the DNVRCO2627T access tandem will begin to complete terminating toll calls for the above end offices.
